This project exemplifies our commitment to precision and quality, featuring a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ADU with a living/dining room and kitchen, alongside a 270 sq. ft. attached 1-car garage. Our team executed a comprehensive build-out that includes a new driveway on a separate encroachment permit, new HVAC, a 200A dual meter/main service panel (MSR #86243381), a 100A sub-panel for the ADU, and a 100A sub-panel for the main dwelling. Additionally, we installed a 1.98kWdc PV solar system. The project also involved the demolition of an existing pool, with the garage and ADU strategically located on the site per the final plans and a full soils report.
