Anchor Builders Inc. is honored to showcase the impeccable build-out of Ini Ristorante, a Japanese-Italian fusion restaurant in Fountain Valley, CA, featured in Orange Coast Magazine and other publications. This project highlights our dedication to superior craftsmanship and precision, as we seamlessly brought to life the vision of the chefs and the acclaimed Studio Unlimited in Los Angeles. The design concept centered on blending the textured warmth of an outdoor home kitchen with natural elements, incorporating rustic concrete flooring, light warm woods, textural solids, bright blue accents, and lush greenery. A focal point of the space is an open skylight highlighting a paper birch tree, thoughtfully chosen to reflect the natural beauty of Mile Square Park across the street. Our team executed every element with meticulous care, from the installation of elegant terrazzo tiles to the construction of a large custom pizza oven, a state-of-the-art walk-in refrigerator and freezer, and a private dining room. This build-out demonstrates Anchor Builders Inc.’s ability to transform a chef-inspired vision—rooted in the seasonality and simplicity of Japanese and Italian cuisines—into a flawlessly crafted commercial space that aligns perfectly with the client’s aspirations.
